Everything a video editor would do, automated

Zoomly's editor is built around one idea: you shouldn't need editing skill to make a recording look intentional. Here's what happens under the hood.

Automatic zoom and focus

The Auto Focus engine reads the interaction events captured alongside your recording — clicks, keystrokes, navigation — and generates zoom segments around the moments that matter, with easing that reads as intentional camera movement rather than a jump cut.

Cursor smoothing and pause removal

Raw mouse movement is jittery. Zoomly re-samples the cursor path with configurable smoothing and adds click ripples and bounce, while silence/pause detection trims dead air between actions.

Captions

Auto Polish can generate timed captions from your recording's audio track, editable afterward like any other timeline layer.

Webcam overlay

Circle, rounded, square, or floating-card webcam bubbles that can shrink and reposition automatically during zoom-ins so they never block what you're highlighting.

Style presets and framing

One-click style presets (Clean SaaS, Dark Studio, Startup Demo, Minimal, Product Hunt) set background, frame, and cursor style together — and can be reapplied without discarding your manual edits.

Sharing with analytics

Generate a share link — public, invite-only, or password-protected — with an optional call-to-action button, and see view counts, completion rate, and CTA clicks on plans that include analytics.

Timestamped comments

Team and Enterprise plans get timestamped comment threads directly on the project timeline, so feedback points at an exact moment instead of a vague description.

Version history

Every saved edit is a restorable version on Pro and above, so an Auto Polish re-run or a style preset swap is never destructive.
